i used ares on half buys and it got me way more kills than the spectre. I agree with you, it was good before and could win gunfights against guns like the phantom. I havent tried the new episode of valorant yet but it was good before the buff

it could be like the krieg or aug in CS, people overlooked them until it got buffs that made it way overtuned; even when it was nerfed back down to its original state people continued playing them.

if u go on the thrend on google u can see that valorant is going up and csgo is going down if someone new to games wants to play a game like csgo or val they will play val bc it gets updates evrey 2 weeks

For me is kinda the same... In my Gold2 account (playing with Platinum 3 and sometimes Diamond 1) Ares are too much overpowered in both sides

I feel almost no difference. It's still the same for me. Odin is far way overpowered and nobody says a thing about it.

I feel like the Game became so boring because of the typical Guns and bad designed Maps where you kinda had to follow just an instruction how to play on them. Breeze for example was a Map i never understood how someone could do an awful Map like that. The Pyramides on A side are so random i still can't believe it even when i see it. Now the Map gives CT side so many ways to defend it that your best choice is playing through mid only.

They will nerf/buff a lot of Guns and Agents to create some hype and change Maps so People can learn a few new Line Ups or plays.

Gun is so broken, one game both teams were basically just running ares the entire game in immortal. 2nd rounds also become rng because the team that loses can just force ares and have a good chance of winning

it was fine, the biggest thing was that the spectre was too powerful for the price so there wasn't that much of a reason to buy the ares unless you were sinatraa going for wallbangs.

the best move would have been to nerf the spectre and keep the ares as is

They just straight eliminated the Spin up which I think is the biggest problem...Should have just reduced it a few notches if anything, its a laser now.
