VCTCN teams' training routines

VCTCN teams literally work by far the hardest out of all regions, but they still are slightly behind APAC, AMER and EMEA. I heard from FPX Life and FPX AAAAY's livestream that they literally practise until 5 AM, yet they didn't win a single game in VCTCN. What kind of training routine does Chinese teams even have to still produce results like this, despite the very long working hours?

they are hard workers, they have immense pressure to do well, korean teams are much in the same

why china is behind is because their macro is bad and the coaches there cant fix it. it doesnt matter how much time you spend if the person responsible for fixing the problem doesnt do it well

genuinely how hard can it be to study and copy other (non-CN) teams

You should know that many Chinese coaches are mediocre and are only useful when ordering takeout. Have you seen 24K? Before playing Valorant, he played CFHD and was a triple crown champion. And the total audience of CFHD events is only 300 people or even less.

damn... but still, I feel like even I could just watch vods and analyze them... you would imagine it can't be that hard, its literally their job

its not that hard to copy opponent strats, I play in like tier 2.5 and even I can do that.

the issue is when players have a fundamental issue that doesnt allow them to play the strat to the full pontential. XLG are a perfect example
Hvoya does a lot of standarded (non-CN) but the players dont have the fundamental bases of what to do, and whats the appropriate reaction to do if x happens.
