Not necessarily. The point of a swiss is you can be matched against anyone with your record regardless of how either team got there. Granted, Riot rigs theirs so take that idea with a grain of salt

the only matchups that cant happen are nrg-xlg and t1-tl because those have already happened. Swiss formats don't care about which bracket you came from
