Superteams dont work

I think vitality 25, nrg 24, lev 24, t1 25(and potentially g2 25-if you consider it, and potentially mibr 26), prove this concept far too well
It isnt about selecting the best in every role
Its selecting a team that can work together effectively.
BBL 26- An "academy" Team that has played a full tournament together and had such a unique style that they beat fnatic and vitality and other "good teams"
FURIA- a bunch of t2 talent thats hungry for a win with an experienced player(artzin) who's suffered losses over and over and has a passion to take it
Nongshim- A core 3 straight from ranked that ran ascension twice and made it back to vct

As far as I know, no winning team was ever a "super team"(loud 22 sure you'll argue but in the beginning it didnt seem like it) , you dont assemble winners to make a winning team. You assemble players who put in the effort to work together and gel together. Thats what makes winners

Most Superteams quit adding superstars right before winning

It's a narrative to hype up a team.

Yeh. But they will work only when they have an orchestrating igl. Example boaster does good job with his teams.

Imo a superteam can still be a team with 5 star players AND that works well together

prx 26 is, in theory, a superteam that does have good teamwork

people also argued fnc 23 was a superteam and they were the first back-to-back international winner

i do agree that adding 5 established players together from scratch does not have guaranteed success, but it also doesnt have guaranteed failure imo

All bbl and furia did was qualify to a tournament, which is literally what all of the teams (except nrg) you listed did, most of them got a top 4 finish, and 1 of them won a masters. I would say they have good considering fnc23 was the most dominate year an org has done and they were a superteam .
