Mce is still imo, the best coach itw for giving young players the keys to getting better. He’s consistently proved that he can turn bad players into good players by teaching them how to play fundamentally well. He fails at getting those players to the next level tho

Yeah, I don't think the OG guard core get to where they are without him. Likewise, he was super important for enabling guys like Jakee and Runi on his C9 stint.

Odd coach where he's great at developing players but actually doesn't win very much?

Yeah if I had to think of someone comparable to him, maybe Onur? I mean he developed so many insane players on LEV AC but hasn’t achieved much internationally, but we gotta see what happens this year
