Look at his most recent interview after losing to EG bro was basically implying that he's given "constructive" criticism to his team mates on NV and gotten shit for it and now says he's just gonna "shut his mouth, smile, not be himself and tell people what they want to hear for the good of the team" like brother why are you willingly putting this out there

I mean the interviewer asked him what he learned from his time on NV so far and his response was "people will say they want you to speak your mind and give constructive criticism but then you'll say it and they won't like it" idk how else I'm supposed to interpret that gng

Also said he learned absolutely nothing from his time on LEV when asked which is kinda diabolical to just throw out there

His lesson learned was a self affirmation of a previous lesson learned: to keep his mouth shut in NA because players can't handle brutal honest feedback.

The 1 criticism I do have about rossy is his way of dealing with it. Autumn said in T1 documentary that rossy would spend time alone grinding rank to self improve to help carry the team. Autumn wanted him instead to spend time with the players to improve the team together as a collective unit instead of improving individually.

This is probably because he has very low trust from the people in his past NA teams , people wanted job security instead. Also I wanted to point out stunner, autumn said in JP interview it was disagreement between the foreign coach (stunner) and munchkin is the reason behind munchkin leaving for GenG.

Munchkin always visibly criticising ban in 2023 season and stunner probably took ban side. We heard stories about how Munchkin almost make karon cried when he first joined GenG and in 2024 they (Munchkin and Karon) won Masters Shanghai on their first year.

Stunner may give opportunity for rossy to get in NV, but he's also part of the problem. The gatekeeping culture (possibly) wanted someone else, and when that person can't join only then rossy was given the trial to join.

I mean that whole NV team is just a bunch of big egos so this honestly could have been any one of them. It's just unlucky that NV has 5 big egos all clashing at all times during the game. When Rossy does inevitably leave to make room for Cane it's gonna be one big ego for the king of egomaxxing. No one is helping the case there at all.
