is awping very hard in cs? it looks so broken. why are awp players glazed more than rifle players? looks like rifling and being best is harder. i haven't played the game so any ball knower here?

awp players are not glazed more than rifle players, people praise donk a lot exactly for that

No awping has taken a serious toll since switching from CSGO to CS2, peeking has became even stronger and it is more common for rifler to kill awpers, not to mention progresses in utility usage to prevent awpers from getting value, and the fact that awping feels much more clonky than in CSGO (wether it is backed by actual in game stats changes or not). There are only a handful of awpers who are consistently performing at the highest level in CS2

s1mple put it perfectly. the awp is the easiest gun to use by definition, but it's the hardest gun to be dominant and imapctful with on the highest level.
it is easier than the operator but to do what players like zywoo do in tier S is almost unattainable

It's harder than valorant atleast. If you play CS you'd know. CS has a ferrari speed compared to valorant, it looks like you're skating even, mfs will peek at you with a flash the next thing you know you're already dead, and there's no get out of jail ability like jett dash, chamber tp, yoru tp etc, so positioning matters a lot.

Awp dominated and was considered a fairly easy role most of CSGO for reasons like movement speed and 10 bullet chamber
eventually they nerfed the AWP to have slower movement speed and only 5 bullets per chamber. Additionally, teams got much better at util with tons of smoke, flash, and molly lineups. Plus with the speed players can swing in CS, you need perfect positioning or you're an easy trade kill
awp players don't dominate as much now, Zywoo is a bit of an anomaly, there is no one even close to his skill with awp
