The concept of the AOT world is very similar to the Claymore world. Claymore explores the wild side of monsters and special forces more deeply than politics and human conflict. anime and manga that delve into the gray area where right can be wrong and wrong has a reason are actually nothing new. examples include Monster, 7Seed, Berserk, Gantz, Neon Genesis Evangelion, almost all of CLAMP's works, and many others not comparable to the maestros who produced several masterpieces such as CLAMP, Naoki Urusawa or Norihiro Yagi. AOT has many elements that are similar to its predecessors for veteran manga readers, there are many more satisfying reads than AOT. nothing special about it.
Both are completely different genre death note and fmab is new to me back then only zankyou no terror that similiar to death note, fmab is fmab it's great compared to those 2 and AOT have to many similiar element to it's predecessor, I never considered aot a special manga

I've never had a better experience watching an anime than I did when Attack on Titan was airing. I literally couldn't predict the plot if I wanted, and almost every scene was important to the plot. Where can you find an anime like this?

I feel like Attack on Titan had the Game of Thrones effect, people really loved the manga and it was getting insane praise when the show was airing especially during S3 part 2 and S4 part 2, but then Isayama wrote a disappointing ending and now people look back on the series negatively
