because its a different game and I would argue having different teams rise and fall is more interesting. The main thing is cs is a one region esport which is not ideal

That sound like the opposite of entertaining. I would rather watch a competitive game where any one team can win it all, not the same 2-3 teams winning everything.

I get it, but that is why you see same teams and players over and over again. You need to be insanely good on consistent level to dominate. I was just talking to someone who claimed that CS would be jealous of the amount of rookies Valorant has, but that simply isn't true as there is bunch of rookies but getting to top is extremely hard as the game requires you to master so many aspects. In Valorant there is less consistency due to changes etc that teams can just fall off instantly after winning an event. Sure it makes it more interesting but limits potential of legacy and makes many events feel like flukes. For example in CS Vitality has been dominating because they simply are just better than the rest, same for Astralis during their era, Liquid in theirs etc.
