when you see an instalock character, you typically would assume they would be a reyna, jett or clove. reyna and clove i understand, but why jett? the other two have some form of self-sustain that lets them heal, but jett just has nothing of the sort
what would make a character "instalock" worthy?
ppl have been instalocking jett forever, prob got used to 1 tricking her when she was op
people will instalock an agent if thats the only agent theyre great at. jett was the original ranked agent so people learned her and became jett one tricks. now agents like reyna and clove are the new ranked agents so everyone wants to play them solely because they are just better for ranked. some people will still instalock agents like pheonix, chamber, yoru, or even cypher just cause thats their best agent
New accounts have only 5 agents unlocked, and of those 5 agents Jett's almost always been the most instalockable one

dash is still one of the best abilities in the game, especially for ranked
it depends on the map and my mood...
corrode I insta phoenix.. i get the b orb almost every round on att and on d i fight mid from a link... nice corners to use flashes
jett is great on d... off angle get one dash out; updraft/float for high ones as well, smokes for cover or to force close range fights
on att dash to close the gap or to escape when contacting space, smokes to survive and an ult that kills if used well.. she's perfect for ranked
She's also the easiest movement duelist to learn
