disable your normal mic and enable any available webcam mic and mix the input so its always about to make someones ears bleed
and just shoot whenever dont bother thinking about standing still or being grounded

play phantom and when you shoot make sure you're moving

be mid air on ropes and one tap ppl

throw the game

he's just abusing deadzone and spread values.
