If a person from a certain race gets into an ivy league by getting 1400+ in an SAT and say 3 extra curriculurs I want that to be applied to everyone except if u fall into these 2 categories
1) low income household
2) physically/mentallly disabled
btw the guy who I compared with my cousin right he was rich asf and his family lived in a rly big house with pools and shit . Why would he need the quota just cuz the avg income from the ppl of his race is kinda low like sure DEI is needed but I dont think it should be in a way where ppl get unfair advantages based on race .

yes u were right but it was more due to a rise in competition cuz there were 15-20X qualified applicants and coincidentally during this time the acceptance rates reduced from 15 % to under 4% if ur talking abt actually blatantly rejecting for being rich it only happened between 1910s to 1950s . Biden version of DEI hyper - focused on race . He got in becuz of his race not family income . Family income influences scholarships not selection under Biden's version of DEI .
