find something else you enjoy. talk to friends. expand social circle. be with loved ones. get a pet!!!

i do have a bsf, but that bitchass cannot let a moment fo by without mentioning something about her infront me
play football but thats like 2,3 days a week rest i tried watching shows but the interest is just not there anymore, everything feels dull but ig time is the only cure
then hes not a bsf idk how long youve known him but he isnt a good friend
an actual empathetic bsf would be rough with you but also have the sensitivity to not mention stuff like this
find other people if you can. idk what your social background is like but if possible try and get closer to your remaining friends and you might end up forming a friend group
also ngl some of the mutuals might still be chill with you unless she ratted to them, maybe reapproaching them wouldnt hurt
i actually had 2 very close female friends who i used to play valo with too, but i limited the interactions becasue of her and now shes best friends with my best friends(both the females and my supposedly male bestfriend)

try and salvage as many people who arent as close to her as you can
