I play on 60fps and 70-80 ping I stay between diamond3 - ascendant 1. Is it possible to go further on this setup

Yes he did, he didn’t get his first gaming pc till the guard gave it to him. He also qualified to Reykjavik on 60 hz and used a wired razer viper mini and redragon budget Amazon keyboard

FPS 60 shouldn't be excuse for you to not reach at least Immo 3.

idk 60fps feels horrible and you are at a noticeable disadvantage in every fight against someone with higher refresh rate

I agree that he will be at disadvantage but i've seen worse gaming gear that can grind to radiant. Skills > Gaming gear
