alternatively if you don't want to feel fatigued and satiate your hunger pangs you should increase the amount of protein in your diet and lower your carbs, or consider complex carbs that won't spike your energy levels.

for the sake of your long-term health i would recommend that you start to take your approach to your diet more seriously.
as a living organism you derive your energy from the food you consume and the rest you take.
if the supply of food is impacted that affects your quality of sleep and your energy levels. obviously, if you aren't sleeping well then you certainly won't be moving well.
keeping a regular diet:
something light in the morning, oats, fruit, etc. you could do with a protein shake too if you want. i'm not an expert but you could just skip it if you don't feel like it as long as you have a good lunch and dinner.
have a nice meal for lunch and eat heavy for dinner if you feel like it.
don't eat till you're full, rather eat until you're no longer hungry. it's okay to have leftovers, it's not okay to binge.
have some snacks during the day to keep you energised. fruits are pretty good for this.
try to cut out fast food/junk food as they can fatigue you easily.
consuming a lot of protein keeps you fuller for longer as well!
i hope you start following a proper diet as soon as you can as i am actually a little concerned for your health.
