i dont watch gc nor do i have adequate knowledge about any of the team, but ive seen a lot of people cheering for SR in the same way i see SEN fans (might sound illogical) like i was watching some highlights where kaede was streaming and she was very much obsessed with the team even though the clips/shots were not even that crazy or random spam...are they actually goated or just good...

Majority of the community and pro players agree they could destroy bottom half of t1 teams. Make whatever you want from that statement alone. Also if you have time watch Noia play today, you'll understand why they are so dominant.

I'd say SRG is closer to PRX or FNC, almost always a contender for every trophy, are very popular, and have extremely annoying fans.
they dont really have a comp in the main T1 circuit. Ppl who say SEN are wrong because they have never had a 2022/23 SEN period where they sucked.
Ppl who say FNC/ PRX are wrong because they have never had a choker reputation at any point. In GC they are like an Astralis level team
