6 worlds vs 1 world, surprised messi is this high at all when he's not the undisputed GOAT of his sport and only has 1 world title
okay but the world cup only happens every four years.. and it has way more teams and harder competition
even if you multiply messi's worlds by 4 it's still 6 - 4, more teams doesn't mean harder competition, you could fly out 256 teams to worlds and it wouldn't change the results since they would all be shit

Tbh just don't compare sports and esports Athletes. Not comparable at all until esports can be as accessible and widespread as sports and if the esports scene for a particular game can last centuries long like sports.

Yeah easily arguable since just as sports football is the biggest in the world. But still running is what almost every human does it so I kinda rate Usain higher. And phelps has been too dominating. Kremlin probably is still the most dominant athlete tho but wrestling is more niche.
