I had been stuck in Asc3/Immortal 1 elo for the past several Acts. After the 11.08 patch, I'm now climbing Immortal easier than ever before. Finally I can aim diff players instead of having them utility dump me and cheese me!!

I feel like it was good for the most part, but at the same time its feels like some of the nerfs were a bit harsh, like the vyse nerf. Also it made harbor feel like an actually viable agent just for riot to take that away and ruin it with the rework.
