i really dont think mibr will do as well as people think…
its between that or vitality
but i think they'll both be competent for the FIRST masters
after that who knows what could happen to them
yeah i agree, masters 1 is the most flukey tournament of the year (more flukey, less mickey than ewc)
this year its not
3 teams per region now
but theres not a well defined meta so i think mechanical skill will win the first masters
For some weird reason I think the opposite will happen. Other teams will surprisingly and shockingly perform better than them in the beginning, then later on both MIBR and VIT will get their groove and start destroying teams. Either way, excited to see what happens. (Or just a slow start overall)
lwky im not seeing the vision on NRG as much
if keiko gets in a slump its gonna get bad
i personally think he will be the best performing on the team, and that the others will be much 'slumpier'
LEV, dont see them making top 6. They have 3 proven talants, and 2 rookies that look promising, but unless something has changed with the strat making they will start off strong then fall off quick
MIBR
Everyone thinks they are Top 1 in the world with 4 gaps between them and the rest like this:
But in fact, its only 3 gaps like this:
people will say MIBR or VIT but I can understand the hype behind them especially the latter team
VIT is just fnatic (derke, chronicle, scutt) + bbl (jamppi, profek, pal) fused into one team i can’t really see them being a major flop this time and all the roles make sense.
MIBR is LEV 24 2.0 with kingg and c0m out for zekken and verno which is arguably an upgrade, tex might be a questionable addition as cortezia and less are better options but being someone that aspas can trust is a good thing in the long run for this team imo + aspas and zekken is a scary duo
I think mibr will be good because we havent see a team with aspas fail yet. Not to mention zekken always does well in kickoff.
AND Verno, we never saw his true individual potential yet, and he is already a world class caller
