I fear that GCC this year may turn out to have a rather obvious outcome since TLV and Joojina exists, allow me to justify why they are the obvious favourites:

  • Twice in a row we beat MIBR GC, a team considered one of the best in the world
  • If you observe Americas LCQ, you'd notice that MIBR GC are heavily favoured for the LCQ spot so by transitivity TLV would dominate these teams
  • Wadadaa went to map 5 vs YFP X, who were in turn able to take a map off SRG, thus we can assume TLV clears SRG
  • KRU Blaze were only able to beat Akave with a +17 round differential in a Bo5
  • MIBR GC were able to beat Akave with a round differential of +9 in a bo3, by linear interpolation lets say they'd win a bo3 with +15 round differential
  • As mentioned earlier TLV hard clears MIBR GC thus we can assume TLV would win with an even greater round differential hence TLV > KRU Blaze
  • Therefore TLV are the strongest GC team in Americas
  • Last year the finalist were both Americas teams and Americas has recently won VCT champs

If this isn't foreshadowing a TLV sweep idk what is

As much as I would love NA to win again I do want to see a different team win it this year so #TLVWIN
