But I do really think this is the worst winner in ascension history maybe third actually
if they get lucky with a good coaching staff and players they could be competitive
right now in their current state they get gapped fundamentally by most t1 teams
I think they will be better then 2G honestly.
2g had lightning in a bottle that ascension tournament.
I think replacing canezerra will actually be good for the team. He clearly has a childish mindset, he constantly ego peeks and overheats (not unlike other players on the team, though, tbf)
I think if they focus on fundamentals, they wont be as easy to punish as they would be now

Ah yes your example is truly stupendous. One of the best Americas teams pre-franchising that didn’t get put forward had to battle through ascension and shockingly won (without a sweat) Who could’ve expected that they would make an international afterwards. Extraordinary
The guard lost 6 games in tier 2. That’s the same amount as envy who play MORE games… no need to cope
To M80, g2 and MxM. Same teams, tier 1 level players and all have touched a stage before. No need to cope…

Why do you keep mentioning EMEA??? And yes M80 and MxM could’ve done well in Americas in a hypothetical timeline.
Just mentioning a region with a lack of competitive ascension teams. XLG and DRG have both reached decent heights. NS at least came close. Emea just seemed to be the region with the weakest tier 2 teams.
