Okeanos for smokes, no to Zander for nV imo. I think Inspire probably midrounds for P0ppin, no? I know Zander turned up in Stage 2, but Okeanos is so much more aggressive, seems like a better fit to what Ion brought to nV.
Demon1 wouldn't fit well either imo. They need another duelist, which is a bit of an odd spot to be in, I would almost say that Asuna would be a decent fit to just fill that dive in hard slot on the team, but 100T seems to be locking him in again.

My ideal would be Okeanos and Penny or Victor. However, you have to imagine nV want Cane to join them in Stage 2, so that spot isn't one that a lot of players will want to take.

Okeanos would be a wicked pickup for them
