I genuinely need a serious answer on this cuz what led the decision for NRG to get ardiis
I genuinely need a serious answer on this cuz what led the decision for NRG to get ardiis
I mean there prolly was but they need to spend alot on salaries to pretend they're a good team
bro governor would genuinely be a better opttion + developing NA talent + they are still a top 2 team regardless of who their duelist is
ik governer wasn't as bad back then but its hilarious imagining NRG governer in my head lmao
lowk would've saved NA Tier 2 from disbanding, compare 2023 na tier 2 to now
I think you don't understand how good Ardiis was/is if you think importing him was a bad idea
I think an NA duelist would've at least helped na tier 2 to develop future prospects for 2024 onwards, instead it became the shithole it is today
NRG were not looking for a straight duelist since they had Victor. I would however agree that most teams did not understand that the end of the Chamber meta would lead to massive shake up in the meta and player's worth. Ardiis was still good in 23 tho
He was a masters winning superstar duelist in 2022. Hindsight makes people forget that he would probably be in a top 5 duelists itw conversation at that time.
Ardiss basically a "Yay lite"
he is okay at chamber and duelist, one of the best at EU
they made the decision after the chamber nerfs right? i mean ardiss was a pretty flexible player (compared to yay) but they tried putting him on entry which, outside of jett, wasnt really his thing. Then they tried him on killjoy, sage and the occasional chamber
come to think of it chet's just a dumbass. First he tried putting ardiss on raze then demon1 on raze
atp that has to be the only explanation + it took all season for a team to catch up with optic
