Isn't nats like the most paid player by far?

possibly because he still has 2023 franchising contract when liquid paid for superteam.

yea im just a little worried because if M8 are willing to spend they could also incite Keiko to leave TL. Tbh I'm already suprised about Marteen because even though he's cracked I thought other players would be higher priority

M8 are trying their best to prove that they are a good replacement for KOI

And yeah if keiko gets lots of money, that might be a reason to change

you have to remember, riot decides 6-8 teams to go for to VCT in 2027 and winning would def bring them closer to getting picked

i think heretics management has the money for a big keiko salary due to ewc win and champs money. they could easily outbid most teams.

If i was keiko i would just join vitality though

I think TH is the better option tbh like even with their shaky form they still seem more reliable than VIT who are almost getting grouped despite the insane talent they have. I do agree that if Keiko were to leave TL(not happening) either TH/VIT make most sense

Players are definitely not starving as is + inflate salaries too much and you get 2023 EG who split, despite winning champs. That is if you even win a trophy

Oh noo that sounds terrible it's much better to not have rent money

idk how you have somehow convinced yourself that pro cannot afford rent but generally it's not exactly good for the scene if orgs are making unstable investment and afaik orgs already struggle to make money in valorant. If they can afford it that's great but if they can't that's realy bad. OK 😁

Idk how you convinced yourself that these players don't have to be privileged and take a loss for years and it's not good to get a few years of good money when they're signed. I really couldn't care less about an org lol

It's not about me caring about the org, it's just the simple fact that paying more than you have can lead to a bleed situation and if the org stops existing then dozens more people end up losing their jobs. Like orgs in valorant don't just have infinite money, Riot have even needed to lower the league minimum salary because orgs are losing money on valroant.

Where did I say pros don't deserve to make good salaries??? All I'm trying to say is that orgs shouldn't give more money than they think is feasible because it could easily spiral into players getting delayed payments or people losing their jobs because the org decided to recklessly spend. And it's not like this would just impact M8, because of their high expenditure other orgs may feel like they need to spend a similar amount to keep their competitive team.

Idk much about M8's finances (definitely better than bleed at least) so maybe they can afford to pay such high wages to marteen in which case that is fine and I am perfectly ok with them doing so. I just hope they aren't spending more money than they can afford because the risk are very clear and the outcome is very bad
