What specifically makes you think util is overbearing? Is it because of the map designs or do you feel like gunplay isn't enough of a factor in the game? Or is the utility simply too overwhelming to deal with?
for me the two biggest things were
recon initiators being able to be braindead with their rechargeable
some rounds being genuinely unwinnable bc of ult economy
i like the changes to site wide ults/yoru ult and the 60 second cooldowns for scan init (although 20 seconds straight up is kind of egregious imo they shouldve started with a smaller nerf)
i think all the changes to stun duration, flash duration, and other various nerfs were unnecessary
In my opinion, as a recon/senti main, the biggest issue was pretty much only Sova, Fade, Yoru, and Omen.
Sova and Fade had too much utility, with good util usage you can get 4 darts a round. It was bullshit. The fact that you can’t actually just bait out the util early cuz it would recharge for the exec is unplayable.
Yoru had too much utility for a duelist, feels like that’s self explanatory. Way too versatile of an agent
Omen having the best initiator util (paranoia) in the game is the biggest crime of it all. No controller should have an uncountable flash, let alone initiators
