100 fps player immo dream

yo, I am interested in a question, anybody play in unstable 100-140 fps? i have an old laptop and even when it have 144hz valo is running only in unstable 100-144fps, in fight 50-70
can i achieve immortal with this fps? you think is possible?

50-70 in fights is diabolical, but yes anything is possible. Trent went pro with a similar setup and 60 hz

Im personally immo 1 with 100-140 stable fps on 75 hz

yeah like idk my cpu usage is only 20-30% and gpu 10%, i want max fps but tried everything I could and nothing worked

yeah i know a bunch of people who have hit immo+ on 60hz including me. Just aim train every day, don't play too many games a day, and VOD review/learn as much as you can to try and improve. As I got higher in rank the only thing I noticed with 60hz is you can't take what would usually be 50/50 fights. like just wide swinging into an opponent who also knows youre gonna swing which would be a 50/50 turns into a 80/20 for the opponent cause ppl in high ranks usually have really good hardware. just feels genuinely impossible to take fights sometimes so try and get good with util or get used to being the bait for your teammates. otherwise good luck o7

yeah i went solo q playing mostly info initiator because you can provide a lot of value with your util to the team. but like I said your util has to be very good to compensate for the unfair gunfights so I spent a lot of time learning lineups for sova on ascent/haven/icebox/breeze/pearl. Also another thing I would recommend is to play your games in the evening when there is the influx of casual players getting off work and school. Games feel more consistent because there's less smurfs/trolls/boosted relative to normal players.

yeah thx again for advice, im primary reveal initiator too and i think im a great one for util usage, i have many assists, so if my team is actually good i am a good support for them even when im a really good clutch player
so idk maybe i need just luck to get a decent teams to win and achieve my dream rank

yes at some point its just about playing more and getting lucky with teammates, I was on a 10 win streak with all good teammates when I hit immortal. good luck and make sure to have fun playing :)

im pretty sure the first time i hit immortal i was on 60 hz and i even climbed up to immortal 2 so yea its pretty easily possible if you just put in the hours

its possible i reached 400 rr while playing on 80 fps (didnt have a ssd so i was forced to use a hdd)
