TBH hes been playing like shit almost every game I've seen. Not even just by kills. His util usage has been pretty poor and even though hes a global controller his util is hardly ever on sites he isn't playing at.
I strongly disagree, i think its hard to rate someone's utility usage unless you're in their comms knowing what the plan is or you're a top tier analyst critically analyzing every star hes placing
