All of his abilities are good for anchoring site, also he's not really a duelist because he doesn't really have anything that lets him take space without dying easily, its not like the other team can't shoot him after he uses any of his abilities.

just because an agent can take risky fights does not make them a duelist... think about the context of the fights they take and who they're replacing on a team

Ok let's see here
C ability : Teleport that requires certain anchors, LOS and you don't instantly teleport away. Reposition ability which is essential for sentinel players to anchor from a better spot.
Q ability : A trap that deafens and decays on contact. Literally a sentinel ability.
E ability : Another trap that shuts down opponents' abilities. Good for halting pushes and utility dumps, which is a sentinel's ROLE.
X ability : Makes you invulnerable to your opponent's abilities, which is good as you can hold the site without any worry of getting debuffed. Again, a sentinel-esque ability. You're still prone to gunshots.
