how come in the first round, losers of first 2 games play together and same for the other two. But for round 2 ( upper ) once they lose they go to different match ( like mibr should have went to Heretics and prx to drx )

nahh but i want to know the logic behind why that is

for this one, Riot actually kinda fucked. It gives chances for team to have up to 3 rematch with teams from the same bracket.

riot actually trying to avoid rematch here, wont happen unless both teams make top 4 and meet in lower semi (PRX vs DRX if they both win today)

From the same group you mean right? Cuz you can't play each other 3 times in playoffs

I mean 2 times, but my point still stands tho.
Not complaining about the rematch, but they definetly increase the chances (imo)

well it would make more sense since it would be the best team from each group that will progress, and then lower final is the best team from each group facing each other. If you start mixing it up mid bracket it makes no sense
