should be forbidden i dont understand why riot does it different at worlds league of legends but here it makes no sense every year every masters champs its eu vs eu in first playoffs round
well… because they dont want to repeat group stage matches right away and no 1v1/2v2 seed matchups initially
its not like gx is guaranteed to play an emea team but thats just what the odds are when 3 emea teams qualify lol
i want to believe but i don't see them doing too much in the next couple of games
they have great odds against NRG, the other 2 teams not so much and Riot loves EMEA vs EMEA at internationals for some stupid reason so thats tough
GX is still underrated IMO. I think they would win vs Fnatic unless Chronicle/Alfajer/Kaajak were frying. Heretics would likely be too hard if they play like they have. I also think they could win vs NRG. I think they could make deep run unless they get unlucky draft. They play well, have decent map pool, good individual form, play well as team, a lot of set strats and plays, can play slow and fast. Young discipline but hungry roster.

GX is stable if they get NRG and they have an off day gx should take it dont think that international fnc/here is beatable but knowing riot its for sure eu vs eu
