There’s no debate — it’s insane how Aspas manages to be so consistent: +11 KDA and +13 FK, on a team where everyone else went negative, against possibly one of the best teams at Champions that’s been running the same core for years. If MIBR had literally any other player instead of him, they would never have made it to Champions. Same with Leviatán: he took them from being irrelevant to Americas champions and top 3 in the world. He simply is VALORANT

edit: I’m not taking anything away from Fnatic, guys — they’re really good 100% better than MIBR, and the whole team is stacked. But MIBR came in with 4 rookies and only lost because of pure experience vs inexperience. It was such a good match to watch

I'm not even an aspas fan, but its insane how he elevates every team he joins, he's definitely above chronicle in the goat convo

True, MIBR was the 1/9 team of Americas in 2024, Aspas leaves Leviatan( the team that he made 9/1) and ends up on MIBR due to unlucky circumstances (he was supposed to be in Pacific right now). MIBR is at Champions, LEV(Kingg, C0M, Tex) and KRU(Mazino) are not.

Aspas current teammates: 2 brazilian tier 2 bottom feeders (cortezia and xenom), 1 mibr 2024 bottom feeder that frod begged to keep on the team (artzin), an NRG reject that got kicked with his reputation destroyed (Verno).

I dont think there is any other player that can bring this much success to any team he joins across so many different orgs, rosters and metas
