Primary duelist, yes, but secondary duelist has historically been ok to call on, especially if the igl is just flexing onto it
he can't be the same secondary duelist that most teams have because of the fact he is an IGL
Look at artziN, f0rsakeN, nobody, Saadhak (historically), etc. it's definitely possible to be a secondary duelist as igl
artzin had verno as his midrounder f0rsaken and davai both midround nobody didn't do very well on yoru igl and hence kk is on it now with jieni as 2nd saadhak was a long time ago..... with sacy i think?
