2 guys
guy A is stronger, taller, more attractive, smarter etc. than guy B
guy B is turned into a cute girl (by what means is up to you)
guy A is the only one to know what happened to guy B
guy B, despite being jealous of guy A, is forced to rely on guy A for pretty much everything as there is no way for guy B to get around with invalid licenses/documents/cards
eventually both MCs fall in love
