It's an alright song but people definitely don't like how it doesn't fit the theme of champs. Die For You was probably the best song for Champs and in my opinion the electric guitar really gives this song that main character energy. Close second and my personal favourite is Ticking Away since it has more of an emotional vibe with the piano slowing everything down and the crowd sound rising up. Whilst it wasn't popular as a Champs theme, Superpower does have nice energy when the trumpets hit. Fire Again is funky but I don't think it has as much emotional factor as the top 2. The most recent song feels like end credits for a film like the Minecraft movie - it has a vibe about it but it's more like the vibe of when things end.
I understand that they wanted to try a new sound, but this is like Fire Again in the sense that it holds one level of energy and it doesn't slow down.
