-player with lowest kd after each kickoff/stage will get fired and have to pay $5k
-coach can also fire players who they think are performing badly/prioritizing kd over teamplay at their own discretion
-if players unanimously agree that coach sucks then the coach will get fired and have to pay $5k
-if players get less than 1 kd their salarys gonna be $0
-if the team fails to reach international then salary of everyone in the team gonna be $0
