well i can only say after i know the veto LOL . if Haven is banned by liquid ( likely after the guild game ) but theyre good at haven idk so , and the other maps other than ascent IF SEN FIXED their mistakes

Their haven was pretty good against KRU
ciro [#15]Their haven was pretty good against KRU
also i have sources discussing SEN's Icebox comp , i think i know what it is
ciro [#15]Their haven was pretty good against KRU
But KRU was literally running reyna on haven. KRU didnt have any unique plans or strats. Liquid played well ofc but KRU didnt look that good tho.
Honestly a big Liquid fan from the start, but I'm going to try not to be biased.
Liquid looked dominant against KRU, but there's some experimenting, for example KAY/O on Soulcas. Hopefully the team gets used to the new comps, bc there were some questionable plays.
For Sentinels, TenZ looked kinda fired up already, hitting kinda nasty flicks and shots. They are bad on defence though, which Liquid could take advantage of.
All in all, which team respects and reads their opponent better will come out on top. I expect a banger

TL's haven has never actually been that bad. Losing first map to guild was just players starting the series slow and not hitting shots. Soulcas didnt even get a kill till like 10th round and jamppi was terrible too
ShadowisBAD [#17]also i have sources discussing SEN's Icebox comp , i think i know what it is
I think Liquid will ban icebox first

what map is liquid not good on? lol
ImpudentBeast [#23]what map is liquid not good on? lol
Their bind and icebox arent that good but SEN isnt that great on those either
ciro [#25]Their bind and icebox arent that good but SEN isnt that great on those either
sen are good at bind tho xD
ShadowisBAD [#26]sen are good at bind tho xD
They never even play on bind, god knows how good they are on it now
yoitsyannis [#28]Well I don't see how Sen can win the Veto because Liquid will probably ban Bind (or Icebox) and on the other maps Liquid's record with Nivera is:
Haven: 4-1
Split: 4-0
Ascent: 6-0
Icebox: 2-0
Breeze: 3-0
Fracture: 1-0
Which is a combined record of 20-1
You missed bind
ciro [#27]They never even play on bind, god knows how good they are on it now
THEY Beat FNATIC on Bind tho who were considered to have the best bind in the world
ciro [#29]You missed bind
no I said if they ban Bind, which I think they should do that is their record on the other maps
ShadowisBAD [#30]THEY Beat FNATIC on Bind tho who were considered to have the best bind in the world
Liquid beat Fnatic on bind 2 months after Iceland so their bind has improved. They still did lose bind to G2 in lcq and Acend in RB HG so I expect them to ban bind while SEN bans Icebox

well SEN had a bad tourney so counting maps will be pointless
also its funny how u guys bring in hella stats to say Liquid is better than SEN and then u guys say if SEN beat liquid it isnt an upset

Liquid's form is better than SEN's by far but apart from that theyre pretty even.

HOW do we know how good sen are on the maps
Breeze
Ascent
Haven
Fracture
Bind
Split
Icebox
Breeze Ascent didnt look thesame, i dont think SEN wouldve let ascent thru without a plan

well because we are talking about upsets way too much. I think a lot of these games aren't upsets even if the "worse" team wins because all these teams here are good. I'm not saying that SEN is bad or something but some guy was saying that if SEN wins this veto they could 2-0 TL so I responded by showing him the stats of the maps to show you that there isn't really a way SEN can win the Veto

SEN will def try to play haven. The question is what they want to ban

1) i doubt any NA team prepped for fracture like the EU teams.
2) Ascent and Breeze are an insta win for liquid (zombs without phantom omegalul)
3) Split is also really bad for SEN because of their stubborness with their comps. I mean Tenz and Shahzam literally only play 2 agents. Neither of which are good on split. So unless they changed their comps they are gonna get dogged hard on split.
4) Icebox is a ban from liquid.
5) bind could go either way
6) haven is the only map i can see Sentinels win convincingly
SpaceCow [#40]People underestimate sen a lot based on a few losses and close maps. They still are scary to play against.
Liquid is mostly dependent on raw gunplay (as evident from scream's duelist roles).
I'm rooting for liquid but sen wins in my opinion(and pickem).
I'm interested to see how sen counter liquids play, I noticed on ascent liquid usually sent 2/3 people up to somewhere to put pressure and the other two around the map to catch rotates and it kind of reminded me of how sen plays haven but on ascent.

I actually think SEN will be pretty good on fracture it's the ultimate default map and they didn't try to ban it against furia, furia banned it in the second round of bans.
Most probably Liquid will win since Liquid is the favourite but idk its Sentinels and they have tenZ that can make things messy…But if ScreaM has a good day, it would be quick 2-0. Nivera is always consistent since he joined and im a little bit worried about Jammpi and Soulcas since they are not that consistent, but lets hope at least one of them gonna have a good day. L1nk is the most consistent chad ever but people understimate him so yea.
With this i wanna say unless everybody is OFF on Liquid team, Sentinels have 0 chance
