What are these random ass streamers begging to join procity, it was created so that pros can have a legit competitive queue and not so that u all can create content out of it. Is there q criteria or something to join it? Like yesterday I saw willius writing on twitter begging tarik to join pro city tho he isn't radiant ( bros diamond or asc I think) , saying he's filled with passion and thinks abt it day and night---- dude these guys aren't filled with passion or something all they want is content and that's gonna ruin pro city, as soon as more streamers start joining it ur feed will be filled with stuff like i raged this pro, I beat this pro in compi, etc

They should have a rule or something to join wherein u need to be consistent radiant or something and not make too much content out of it, cause the more content these guys try to make the more it will drain out it's competitiveness

i think its fine but then let streamers or even just players who are high rank in then. make a requirement like top 100 for 3 acts straight or something. or hold qualifiers like fpl did.

tbh idc if it was strict with its rules but having people like timmy who didnt touch the game for a year and was never a pro in val in the procity thing is very hypocritical. using the "he was in the OG procity so it carried over" makes no sense cause even then he was never a pro. You cant make exceptions for him cause what right did he have to join it to begin with?

Idk they need to keep it honest when they get players cause having exceptions like him are bad imo.

When the original pro city was active Timmy was still high elo in valorant and playing every now and then. Not particularly an “exception” if the idea is just if you were originally in that carries over. Really don’t see the harm in that.

Everyone from last Pro City was grandfathered in, other than them you have to be top 50 Radiant or Radiant with 500 hours streamed in the last year to apply.

Once people apply there is an anonymous council that will decide to accept or not, so Prod will probably eventually get in if he is Radiant because he's not too toxic but Mooda wouldn't get accepted in a million years.
