This propelled NRG past 100 Thieves to top the group, automatically earning them a bye in playoffs and an extra Championship point. Ethan and Sato were highlight players of the day, stepping up throughout their respective series, but particularly during the decider maps, to maintain a dominant score and confirm the win.

NRG secured a playoffs bye with a strong showing against KRÜ.

G2, still playing with BABYBAY filling in for leaf , took a 2-0 win to earn the Group's second seed. The super-substitute continued his improvement following his nearly years-long hiatus from competition, as he ended the match with a 1.34 rating and 37 eliminations, statistically the second-best performer in the series in terms of rating.

LEVIATÁN's rookie duelist was one of the best performers overall in the group stage.

The final match of the week saw MIBR getting their second win of the stage, a 2-0 victory against LOUD. Both teams had already been eliminated from playoffs contention, but the additional Championship point for MIBR was the cherry on top for a near-perfect week for the Brazilian team to save their Champions hopes.

The week's results meant all four Brazilian teams were eliminated from playoffs by the second day. With that said, the Americas sub-region is not entirely eliminated from Champions: Paris contention, having individual players in both the Americas and EMEA playoffs, as well as MIBR still being able to qualify via points. With their victory and the three teams that had been closest in the overall points table all losing their final games of the group stage, MIBR maintained a handful of avenues for their Paris qualification. Most paths involve a combination of G2, Sentinels, and the LATAM teams performing well in the knockout stage, albeit finishing in specific combinations of placements.

cortezia ends the Americas group stage with a clutch.

The Stage 2 playoffs being set also had implications for Ascension: Americas, as 2Game failing to reach Champions meant G2 is guaranteed a slot in next year's VCT. 2G not making playoffs also meant they have no opportunity to defend their Ascension slot, and will descend directly to Challengers.

The Americas Stage 2 playoffs will begin later this week with the following matches:
