stop forcing T2 players onto every roster

whenever people talk about changes for a roster, a farmers league player (canezerra) is always mentioned.

Stop forcing these players into discussions. we need to stop removing talent like vanity from circulation to make room for t2 players. rookies are literally never good, every team with a rookie bombs out instantly.
