As the Americas group stage nears its end and the region's knockout stage approaches, teams have started to secure a place in the final phase of regional play. This week left only two slots up for grabs, with five teams still in contention.

The following are the results for week four:

The week started with Cloud9 Cloud9 North America Rank #13 Xeppaa Erick Bach Zellsis Jordan Montemurro Notexxd Jaden Anderson Jackk Jack Foote OXY Francis Hoang coming out on top over 2Game Esports 2Game Esports Brazil Rank #3 Brinks João Victor gobera Vitor Gobo qck Gabriel Lima xenom Eduardo Soeiro frz Leandro Gomes , with a 13-1 score on Bind and a comfortable 13-7 on Lotus. 2G was never able to find their footing, as the North American team maintained the lead throughout the series. OXY remains towards the top of the region in terms of statistics, with a 1.79 rating returning him to the top of the overall scoreboard.

Conversely, NRG NRG North America Rank #2 keiko Georgio Sanassy brawk Brock Somerhalder mada Adam Pampuch skuba Logan Jenkins Ethan Ethan Arnold and MIBR MIBR Brazil Rank #7 zekken Zachary Patrone tex Ian Botsch Mazino Roberto Rivas Verno Andrew Maust aspas Erick Santos 's encounter was a closer affair, albeit still a 2-0 in NRG's favor. Overtime multikills from mada and Ethan helped secure Lotus in overtime. Similar heroics (as in, a second and third ace from mada, as well as a handful of clutches) kept them ahead of MIBR on Bind, confirming a playoffs appearance from the United States roster and all but leaving MIBR's fate out of their own hands.

So close, but so far away for MIBR.

Sentinels Sentinels North America Rank #4 Reduxx Yassin Aboulalazm Jerrwin Gurjiwan Gill Victor Victor Wong stand-in johnqt Mohamed Amine Ouarid cortezia Gabriel Cortez JonahP Jonah Pulice continued their Stage 2 winning streak against Evil Geniuses Evil Geniuses North America Rank #22 supamen Phat Le bao Bao Nguyen dgzin Douglas Silva Paincakes Jake Hass zerona Javan Varela , confirming top seed and a playoffs bye in the process. The Madrid winners had been the first Americas team to secure playoffs, but the win would still have implications for the final Group Alpha team to advance. EG's loss and the awkward back-and-forth between the bottom teams, 2Game and FURIA, meant either of the struggling teams are still able to make the knockouts over the 2023 Champions.

Both of the region's Latin-America-based organizations faced each other in their most recent match. They were part of a tightening mid-table battle in Group Omega, looking to clinch playoffs or pave their way to do so in next week's series. A strong start was not enough to secure the victory for Evil Geniuses Evil Geniuses North America Rank #22 supamen Phat Le bao Bao Nguyen dgzin Douglas Silva Paincakes Jake Hass zerona Javan Varela , as LEVIATÁN LEVIATÁN North America Rank #5 spike Rodrigo Lombardi blowz Guilherme Oliviera Neon Bruno Rodríguez Sato Eduardo Kenzo Nagahama Sato kiNgg Francisco Aravena recovered in the second and decider maps to earn the 2-1 win. This result still let KRÜ end in the top four of the group, but it was not enough to guarantee playoffs for LEVIATÁN, who still needs one more win to advance.

Newcomer Kess finds the trade in a close overtime round.

Closing out the week, both FURIA FURIA Brazil Rank #5 nerve Michael Yerrow artzin Arthur Araujo eeiu Daniel Vucenovic koalanoob Gianfranco Potestio alym Torogul Baidyldaev and LOUD LOUD Brazil Rank #9 lukxo Lucca Travaioli Darker Sebastián Castro Cicuamia Virtyy Leandro Moreno erde Roberto Lobos cauanzin Cauan Pereira suffered losses at the hands of G2 Esports G2 Esports North America Rank #1 jawgemo Alexander Mor BABYBAY Andrej Francisty trent Trent Cairns valyn Jacob Batio leaf Nathan Orf and 100 Thieves 100 Thieves North America Rank #3 Cryocells Matthew Panganiban Asuna Peter Mazuryk vora Jordan Pulwer Timotino Timothée Lavigne Dupont bang Sean Bezerra , respectively. FURIA's defeat saw them winning only seven rounds, while LOUD was able to 13-2 Group Omega's leading team in the opener, Sunset. 100 Thieves ultimately forced overtime on the decider, winning previous permaban Lotus 14-12. This cemented their status for the week as top Omega team, as well as helped the North American lineup avoid a direct entry into the lower bracket. A 100T loss could have muddied the waters enough for the overall picture to remain unclear heading into the final matches, but, in the end, the result meant MIBR was directly eliminated from playoffs and only one slot was left open for the group.
