He had health issues and was advised to not push himself and couldn't play for EWC and the beginning of Stage 2, and I think they said they loved Babybay's energy and vibes so they just picked him as a sub

People were guessing his Crohn's disease flared up, but we actually don't know the real reason, we only know that his doctor advised him not to travel to EWC, and team wanted him to focus on recovery, etc.
