nah its not a scouting thing its the system that is setup within this fnc team so any player can easily slot in and improve and be the best player they can be

You really did not have to scout kajaak. By far the best player in all of ascension last year.

ok lets not say EVERY other scouting team sucks. because if there is any team out there that has a scarily good success rate with rookies, its the most cursed team in korea, DRX. created the best controller in the world (at the time) from a duelist main on a tier 2 korean team in 2021. made another duelist main from another tier 2 team in korea look like the best duelist in the world for some time. reshuffled a team with 3 new ROOKIE players after never making a single roster change and STILL stayed top 3 in the region. did it again the next year after and still made another international tournament. whatever the coaches on that team are doing, its undeniable that they are just too good at cultivating new talent. they just cant win anything though.

No scouting needed for any of those lmfao, everyone in Europe knew all four were insane, even Mini said it that his scouting was basically checking who had highest ACS

FNC are not rich in 2025, they are not that good of an org in terms of money and infrastructure, they just have a good legacy

Derke was dropping 300 ACS in CrowCrowd on any agent and was a well known CSGO tier2 prospect, Alfajer was dropping 250 ACS avg on sentinel and the other two were well known by everyone but this guy talks about "scouting" hahaha, Riens or Karon are examples of goated scouting

No. idk why no one wants to take a chance on him. Has a very good true duelist agent pool. Has crazy aim. Utility and timings on anything other than jett is a bit scuffed at times BUT that’s teachable.

not really if u actually understand how they operate (they basically poach all the best talents from all the other top academies in Catalonia), Barca is a good example of good talent development rather than pure scouting, good scouting would be RedBull teams, Brighton or teams like that
