Not everyone agreed with my previous ideas and had some good feedback to offer
Here is my revised nerf based on what people had to say
NOT ALL NERFS NEED TO BE IMPLEMENTED TOGETHER, I AM SIMPLY GIVING INDIVIDUAL IDEAS
And yes, omen needs a nerf because he is too good at to many things while most other agents have some sort of weakness.

A good TP nerf that maintains omen's aggressive identity
I still stand by the fact that double TP space creation and escape is too strong for a controller, especially in pro play. HOWEVER, removing one TP is still feasible with a single use 1 kill reset. Meaning that if you get a kill after using a TP, then you get it back ONLY ONE more time for a total of max two per round. This rewards successful aggression without give omen a get out of jail free card unconditionally. Smart plays that convert kills are rewarded with extra mobility, and bad plays are punished. -
Paranoia reactive use nerf in some form
I still stand by the idea that the reactive use of omen blind for dueling and punishing site executes is quite strong still. I saw others bring up the idea of a chargeable breach stun type of blind. This or my earlier windup time idea both would reduce the zero counterplay reactive blinds omen gets away with currently. Whatever version you guys prefer, I think both are good changes that solve a major problem with this ability. -
Smoke timers increased + delayed smoke travel
I saw timed smoke recharge brought up pretty frequently and I agree that it is a pretty big reason for omen's dominance. Cycling back to back one ways for eternity on top of having infinite recharge is pretty strong for map control and no other controller can really compare. Additionally, smoke travel time nerfs would also help make other controllers more competitive.
