Well the addition of nivera was perfect honestly. Link and soulcas had already improved massively. After nivera's addition we are also seeing jamppi's csgo form come in fruition.

It all came together and they look indomitable.

Team Liquid looks really good, but I wouldn't call them the favorites. To be honest I wouldn't call a single team "the favorites" going into Champions. Strong contender though. That team doesn't have many weaknesses.

Dude they beat G2 and Guild and now we're calling them the favorites for Champs? Just because we haven't seen Gambit, Acend, VS, Envy, Sen etc since Berlin, doesn't mean they haven't improved. Liquid is definitely a contender but to call them favorites just because they beat a Guild team in basically a 4v5 and a G2 team that has internal issues and overperformed at Berlin is ridiculous.

100%. People are so kneejerk and reactionary it annoys me. They look super good right now, but we've seen countless times that international matchups do not play out as expected, especially vs NA. People need to Chill, there's really no solid favourite for Champions right now in my eyes. And yes that includes Gambit

i wouldnt say favorites yet, but they definitely make top 8, maybe top 4. hard to say considering the only real challenge they've had are a tanking g2 and guild

Guild did look very solid tho, had TL qualified instead of Fnatic, Guild would have made champions 100%
