No but after next year riot will revaluate which teams are staying in franchising and which teams need replacing as all franchising contracts runs out next year

Riot wants a stable t1 scene with orgs that fit their vision which is why we will never go back to the old system. Riot doesn’t really give a shit about t2 orgs all the big orgs have left t2
