Amount of maps played CS

I just checked HLTV and some players have thousands of MAPS played. Not rounds, but maps. I understand CS is a much older game and the esports scene is much more active (more games and tournaments), so comparatively, how many maps do the most present Valorant pros have. Is it somewhere in the low hundreds?

I think it's low hundreds ~350 counting pre franchising and t1 pros only

There is probably a t2 bro with like 600 games

I wish we had as many games as CS does man, would be really cool to see teams gradually progress/fall apart in real time as opposed to "oh no games for 6 months I guess we'll see what that roster is gonna be like!!... oh no they're trash, ok I guess we'll see what they do next year since they are only gonna play 3 games in the next 5 months"

yeah rn the new pros have very less time to prove themselves cuz there are only 3 internationals and 3 domestic tournaments and even performing poorly in 1 can cause you to lose jobs, and other teams don't want to risk picking you during the "mid-season". An example would be NataNK from LEV while he was not frying he was not doing bad either, but lev kicked him and now no-one will pick him this year and everyone will be doubtful of his form next year

i swear bro, legit every other week i see ohnepixel streaming another cs tourney, it might not be a major but its still thee top top dogs playing. Whereas valorant legit only has majors and barely anything else for other teams
