Has to be Jawgemo. He has been consistently been putting up ~1.00 rating performances for years with his highest being 1.08 in champs. Despite such middling performances he is somehow considered to be a top 10 player of all time by some people. How could a player who at his peak wasn't even top 15 in the world be considered as one of the best players of all time? It doesn't make any sense

yeah, I agree... however, the peak was definitely a smaller spike compared to 2021. Sorry if it wasn't clear but I was saying how he hasn't had a spike in his performance as good as 2021 SINCE 2021. :)
