100T could definitely beat cloud9 if 2 of them pop off; however, I think Cloud9 are the better team right now.

Dicey has fallen off significantly since the OP nerf imo No doubt in my mind cloud9 take this game rather easily
I think TenZ is even better with the OP now too, if you look at his 4k clutch against XSET
100T 2-1. This could easily be a 2-0 for C9 but it should be a great game.
Edit: After seeing the maps Imma say 100T 2-0.
i have no doubt in my mind that 100 leaves will lose this game they have not been looking that well teamwork and dicey has looked washed up since the awp nerf so idk how well they will be able to handle tenZ since the only counter to him is a good awp presence
I don't even think that can stop him now, he beat Wardell, imo best AWPer in Valo currently
100T still such a new roster so its hard to tell but im going to have to say C9 2-1
C9B should win easy enough. I think IGL wise Shinobi has a better handle than Nitro atm. TenZ is the best player on the server and Mitch and Relyks should be able to handle Asuna/Hiko. Honestly, the only way I see 100T winning is if Dicey has been hiding some skills through the tournament to this point. I think he has clearly been the worst player for 100T and that would make me believe he would be the worst player on the server today.
Shinobi is a bot bro. Once this scene grows more, he's gotta be replaced. Also, nitro is insanely underwhelming in this roster. Especially since he isnt' even IGL.
Ohhhhh so you're 1 of those people... 1st you say HiKo is overrated af, then you say Dicey is washed and now nitr0 is insanely underwhelming. You base everything off of 1 series and can't look at the bigger picture. Yes, nitr0 was underwhelming this series but you can't judge based on 1 game. nitr0 has shown his skill in multiple other BO3s and so have all of the other members of this roster. Same thing with shinobi. While he used to be a bad player, he has looked very good so far in the open and closed qualifiers and now he's a bot because he had 1 bad series. He's looked so good in these qualifiers and has called the team to look like the best in NA right now so don't call him a bot.
