idk if you live near the ocean or a river, but jusst floating in the water or like slow swimming. Go outside, it'll be good for your lungs!

If you want a more immersive, cinematic story Hellblade & Hellblade 2 are incredible and graphically very impressive. If you like the soulslike genre Black Myth: Wukong & the recent Jedi games are super fun and take a good chunk of time to get through.
i like to go into the bathroom and turn out all the lights so i can't, then spin around till i get dizzy. i call it my mole time.

UK is okay for colleges depending what you want to study, idk much about Scotland, I studied animation at Falmouth University which is in Cornwall, legit the opposite end of the UK. Super chill beach town.
