Every good player NRG has picked up started out good, but by the time they leave they look like one of the worst players ever, and then after another team picks them up, they start out slow but almost always rebound. Why do you think this is?

Ardiis played another shit year then retired, demon1 just keeps getting worse, victor couldn’t get a spot on T2, and marved retired.
I imagine you’re talking about crashies but he had 1 good match against an awful team, he was putting up worse than boaster numbers on every other match so far
